Colombo, June 29
The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has announced a revision of retail fuel prices, effective from 12:00 midnight on June 29, 2026.
Under the revised pricing, the retail price of Lanka Petrol 92 Octane has been reduced by Rs. 20 per litre, bringing the new price to Rs. 414 per litre. Meanwhile, the price of Lanka Auto Diesel has been cut by Rs. 25 per litre, with the new retail price set at Rs. 382 per litre.
The CPC stated that there will be no change in the prices of Lanka Petrol 95 Octane, Lanka Super Diesel (Euro 4), and Lanka Kerosene, which will remain at Rs.495, Rs.478, and Rs.285 per litre, respectively.
The revised fuel prices came into effect nationwide from midnight, providing some relief to motorists and transport operators amid ongoing fuel price adjustments.
